So why do I love autumn? I love the changing colors of the turning leaves. I adore the sound of the leaves crunching under my shoes, and I tend to pout if I step on a leaf and it doesn't crunch lol. Fall also holds a special place in my heart for being the season when I officially became an author <3
Today's feature book is a new release by one of lovely friends Karli Rush. She participated in a lovely anthology called Careful What You Wish For, and this book is extra special because all proceeds will be donated to charity!!
Careful What You Wish For...Buy it Now!
Would that be Sexy Vampires, Ghostly Thrills, Paranormal Exploits, Zombies or the Grim Reaper himself? Well you just may get it! Join six authors this Halloween for a wicked Anthology full of Tricks and Treats.
*All proceeds will be donated to Breast Cancer Research Foundation.*
I asked Karli what she loved most about autumn and here's what they had to say:
"The one thing I love about Autumn is when the heat of the relentless summer finally breaks. I'm able to step outside on an early crisp morning and take in a deep breath, the autumn air provides an energy that is absolutely unmistakable. The world begins to quiet and take notice of the falling melody of vivid colors. A softness and a feeling of peace begin to take the world towards a much needed rest, and this time of year is when I feel more connected to the earth than any other time.
Tomorrow is the cover reveal day for the amazing Trish Marie Dawson!! I will also feature her book Dying to Forget!!
Autumn leaves are my favorite thing about the season!

I like all the falling leaves and all the beautiful colors outside. And I like cuddling up with a book and hot chocolate on a rainy day :)

I love eating sweet potatoes, which I bake in the oven. They are delicious on a cold day! And autumn is the time when they taste the best!

Usually autumn is cold and rainy over here, so I don't really like it, except that my birthday is in November, so that is my favorite thing about autumn.

I love the cooler temps, unfortunately they go from 90-50 overnight.
ReplyDeleteThe changing leaves and the cooler weather.

ReplyDeleteI love everything about Fall--the sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and touch (of the cool air). I especially love that the tourists are gone from my area, the lovely deserted beaches, and "sweater weather." I am the queen of sweater twin sets!

I really enjoy the actual change of the season. I grew up in California and there never really was much of this, whereas I now live in Oregon and get the benefit of all four. I love the cooler weather and cider with cinnamon sticks and oh so love pumpkin pie!
